We’re hiring a senior UI/UX Designer.
The designers at OKIA operate daily with tasks and challenges such as Digital Products, Websites and Visual design. Each individual has the opportunity to speak out and be listened. Please share your portfolio or a link to Dribbble via the contact form provided.
Responsibilites
- Design style guides and interfaces for digital products and websites
- Design in a component based system and manage your design lifecycle
- Develop the internal design process workflow
- Refine existing designs to enhance and optimize the experience
- Develop interactive prototypes using InVision or Marvel
- Carry out design reviews
- Deliver high quality design files for developers
Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience in digital design (preferably agency work)
- Expert knowledge of visual design software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Online portfolio or Dribbble account displaying latest projects
- Firm understanding of the latest browser capabilities, including mobile
- Linkedin profile
- Fluent in Estonian and English
Bonus points
- Experience using Framer.js, Origami or Adobe After Effects to prototype and experiment interactions
- Familiarity with content management and eCommerce solutions such as WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience creating Illustrations, icons and other assets
- Previous experience managing people
- Strong oral and written communication skills with both teams and clients
